Shipping insurance -- Insurance is now automatically included on all orders up to $100 in value. For orders over $100, insurance is optional and an additional charge. You can opt for insurance during checkout. Insurance will cover your order in case of loss or damage during transit. Without insurance, Creative Access Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Shipping rates -- Our shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and shipping address, and are based on discounted retail rates. If you would prefer to use your own shipper account, please contact us first, prior to completing your order.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not typically processed on Saturday or Sunday or holidays, however if they are, they will ship out the following business day. Custom orders, (for example multi-channel wireless modules) are built to order and may require additional processing time before the order ships. Stated delivery estimates are based on the time it takes once the order is handed off to the carrier, and do not include order processing time.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If tracking shows an order was delivered, but you haven't received it, you will need to contact the carrier to start a package trace. The package may have been misdelivered and might show up within a few days.
Notes on international shipping
We ship to Canada and Mexico via USPS or UPS. Import fees, including brokerage, and/or duty may be incurred on international shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
