Any product returned for refund or exchange (except due to product failure) must be in original, new, resalable condition, otherwise the return may be rejected and product will be held for return to you at your expense.
If your purchase included a free shipping promotion (i.e. free shipping on orders over $100), and your return results in a net purchase of less than the required value to qualify for the promotion, then an amount equal to the original shipping cost, in addition to any restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning 10 or more items, your refund may be in the form of a store credit, which can be used on future purchases. If you are returning less than an entire order (i.e. you purchased 25 pieces and are returning 20), then the quantity discount will be adjusted when calculating your refund.
Orders can be canceled at any time before they reach the Shipped status. Note, however that under current PayPal policy, PayPal no longer refunds the fees that sellers pay when a purchase is made through that platform. If you paid using PayPal, and subsequently cancel your order, the PayPal fees associated with your order (currently $0.49 + 3.49% of the total amount) will be withheld from your refund. This policy can be seen at the link below:
Under the section titled "Other Merchant Fees", it reads in part "If you refund a Commercial Transaction payment, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid to receive the payment are not returned to you." (emphasis added).
