SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders of in-stock merchandise generally leave the warehouse within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and delivery without signature required (for orders under $200). If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, and while special care is taken to protect fragile objects, Creative Access Solutions cannot be held liable for carrier related damage.

Returns are accepted for 30 days after receiving your order.  You must contact Creative Access Solutions for return authorization prior to returning anything to us.  Returns for refund on non-defective products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Returns for replacement of defective items within the warranty period will not be subject to any restocking fees.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return, however Creative Access Solutions will pay for costs to ship a replacement for a defective item.
